NEW COLLEGE, NOTTINGHAM
- Description
- The Nottingham Film Archive at New College Nottingham comprises approximately 100 cans of 16mm film and about 400 transparencies recording the events of the past 100 years in Nottingham and the surrounding area. It was bequeathed to the College three years ago on the death of the last remaining member of a local film/history group on the understanding that the College would eventually make it available for research purposes. The College is currently seeking funds/sponsorship/assistance to catalogue, archive and transfer the material to video.
