Private library. One of the leading research centres on European history since World War I, with special reference to the era of totalitarianism and to Jewish affairs. Founded by Dr Alfred Wiener in Amsterdam in 1933, it holds material that is not available elsewhere. Books, periodicals, press archives, documents, pamphlets, leaflets, brochures and videos. Much of the material can be consulted on microfilm. The video collection - Oskar Joseph Video Collection - began in approximately 1989.

Material includes Cold War propaganda material, neo-Nazi and revisionist material, German and Allied propaganda films, TV documentaries from Europe and the US, feature films of the 1930s and 40s.Documentary, feature films, news and current affairs.
