On Friday 4 December 2009, BBC Radio 4 re-broadcast the 2008 play by the BAFTA– and Grierson-winning documentary filmmaker Paul Watson, known for such groundbreaking series as The Family, Sylvania Waters and the Malcolm and Barbara films. Entitled How Now TV, it takes a caustic look at the world of modern broadcasting and ‘reality TV’ in particular.
