HOW DO I CITE THIS?
The BUFVC guidelines for referencing Moving Image and Sound is a newly published report that aims to help establish new cataloguing standards for AV media. Richard Hewett brings us up to speed.

ALL EARS FOR POETRY
For twenty-five years The Poetry Trust in Suffolk has been celebrating national and international poetry. Now many of their live events are available online. Naomi Jaffa and Dean Parkin explore the development of the Trust’s Poetry Channel.

BBC WORLDWIDE
Between 2005 and 2008 the BBC World Service digitised the contents of its Recorded Programme library – over 50,000 programmes. Tristan Ferne and Mark Flashman look at some of the challenges involved in putting this radio archive online.

A major AHRC-funded research project Cultural Memory and British Cinema-Going of the 1960s aims to shed light on the social and cultural history of cinema-going in the 1960s. Melvyn Stokes and Matthew Jones set up the premise.

THE DZIGA VERTOV COLLECTION
The Kinonedelja – Online Edition in the Austrian Film Museum brings together the earliest work of Russian film director and theoretician Dziga Vertov. Adelheid Heftberger provides guide to the collection.
