The British Universities Film & Video Council (BUFVC), together with Royal Holloway University of London (RHUL), were proud to present the UK launch of the redesigned EUscreen portal as part of BUFVC’s  ‘Key to More Access‘ forum held at the Geological Society in London on 2 December 2011.

The showcase presentation by Dr Sian Barber (RHUL) and Eve-Marie Oesterlen (BUFVC) focused on the benefits and challenges of of providing standardised and multilingual access to more than 30 000 items of audiovisual content from 19 European archives to around 70 delegates from British universities and media institutions.
